Rockland receives Conditional Approval from TSX Venture Exchange
For Immediate Release. Vancouver, British Columbia, March 19, 2010 –Rockland Minerals Corporation (the “Company”) reports that it has been granted conditional approval for listing on the TSX Venture Exchange as a Tier 2 Mineral Issuer upon completion of its Initial Public Offering. In addition, Rockland has been granted clearance from the British Columbia Securities Commission to file its final prospectus. Rockland plans to file its final prospectus in the coming days.
