Rockland Files Preliminary Prospectus
For Immediate Release. Vancouver, British Columbia, January 20, 2010 - Rockland Minerals Corporation (the "Company") reports that its preliminary prospectus has been filed with the British Columbia Securities Commission, Alberta Securities Commission and Ontario Securities Commission and the TSX Venture Exchange. Rockland is seeking listing on the TSX Venture exchange as a Tier 2 issuer. Rockland has entered into an agency agreement with Canaccord Financial Ltd.
