Position: Senior geological consultant

Rockland Minerals is seeking an English-speaking senior geological consultant with minimum 25 years experience in mineral exploration.  The applicant will have a current professional registration as a Geoscientist in both British Columbia and the US.  The successful applicant will be fluent in Spanish, and will have experience in setting up and running mineral exploration programs in Latin America, Canada and United States.  Specific country experience will be in Argentina, Chile, Paraguay, Bolivia, Peru and Brazil, where Rockland Minerals wishes to investigate future business opportunities.  The successful applicant will have extensive experience in exploration for gold, silver, uranium, platinum group elements, copper, nickel and rare earths. 

Rockland Minerals also has interests in Québec, and the successful applicant will have a working knowledge of written French, and extensive experience in running exploration programs for gold and copper-nickel-PGE in Québec, including experience in setting up and running drill programs.  The position is based in Vancouver, BC. The annual salary will be approximately $90,000 CDN.
